Guidance on Using Preliminary Impressions (Draft)

Geopath has established it’s methodology for Fleet Exterior Impressions. Impression and TRP data are now being shared through the Staging API (https://api-docs.geopath.org/) and Staging site (https://gisdev.geopath.io/home).

The Staging API’s main purpose is to serve as the platform to introduce new API features before they go live into the Production API and Insights Suite. We are using the Staging API and Staging site for Fleet Exterior as a place to deliver impressions that would have otherwise been unavailable in the Production API and Insights Suite.

The Fleet Exterior data will go live into Production when reach and frequency measures are developed. On that note, any reach and frequency measures for Fleet Exterior present in Staging are from a legacy methodology and should not be applied.

 

The Staging platform currently carries an initial number of audiences. The following demographic audiences are available:

Persons 0+, 5+, 18+, 21+ yrs

The measures by different geographic markets are provided. In-market target impressions are available for:

National/DMA/CBSA and County

 

The Workspace module summarizes inventory metrics on a system-wide or garage wide basis.

The Explore module details inventory on a granular level. Impressions are shown with respect to:

Media Name, Size, Placement Type, Garage
