Action Items Review

  1. Review transit systems for approval from staging into production.  Review the TRPs and impressions for individual transit systems, approve measures (Task Force)

Planning Digital Spots

We highlighted the ability to plan all digital spots for roadside.  In the example, all 427 digital spots are included into the market plan.  The Explore output is also posted to show that the spots count are part of the ads in rotation.  Previously, only one spot per frame was able to be included into the Market Plan. 

Station Interior market planning is still using the single spot per frame count. In the Metro Center Metro Station example, there are 13 digital frames which each have 14 ads in rotation for a total of 182 Total Spots in Market. Geopath will be looking at any obstacles to planning on the 182 total spots number. 

 

FAQs

Scheduled fleet FAQs are listed out. We were able to add comments on garages – that specifically garage inventory is used rather than garages to target audience, and to also list out how they get results.  We will include a diagram for fleet inventory to show the difference between a frame, face, etc. On passenger side and driver side inventory, we’ll be able to note why they different.  Also, we should include a linked glossary.

Transit Station FAQs follow a similar format.  A helpful note for both media classes on planning is to specify when to use Market plan and when to use Inventory plan. 

 

Inventory Standardization

The standardization of frame media names was brought up as it was discussed in another meeting earlier this week. We will be able to find direction on this for all inventory, roadside included, this week.
