Meeting Notes

  1. The reports sent out to operators contain pedestrian and vehicular circulation/impression data. These data are more detailed with foundational data than that available in staging. The staging, however, contains 0+, 5+, 18+, and 21+ demographics.

2. To create a system-side impressions number, the inventory would need to be weight averaged by construction count by place and impressions. You would be able to add up all of the impressions for a media type within all garages, then divide by the total number of units for that media type.

3. If approval is not met by March 16th, the next window for approval is two weeks after (March 30th).

  1. Edits to one-pagers for fleet exterior and station interior (Scott)

  2. Gather any questions about transit methodology, reporting, etc. which have circulated from within respective organizations (task force members)

  3. Review the documentation, impressions data, and one-pagers to see if there are any edits or additional information required. (task force members)
