Operators/Division Name

The display should be consistent for the request in the export

E.g.,
"Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority" is an "OWN" type operator.
"Outfront" is a "MANAGE" type operator.
And "Boston" , "New Hampshire" etc. are tertiary operator 'account names'

5 different scenarios; we just need to be clear on how we want them consistently displayed -- since all Roadside, Placebased, and Fleet could follow slightly different themes:-----

1. Own - Manage are same values; Account Name is different

2. Own - Manage are same values; no account name

3. Own - Manage are different; no account name

4. Own - Manage are different; Account Name present

5. Own, Manage and Account Name all unique.
