Dwell Override (Minutes) | The dwell time override in minutes used when we have studies to indicate the time spend at placement type such as at checkout line where studies have indicated an extended dwell of 3 minutes. |
Ext Dwell Pct | Indicates the percentage of passing verses extended dwell. If listed at 100% then all visitors are considered to be under extended dwell. On the other hand if dwell is listed at 50% then half of the visitors are passing and the other half are in extended dwell. Please note that specific rules are determine by the place type and placement type of where the frame is located. |

For example, this will include if Motionworks is using the ridership count from a transit agency or enplanement counts from Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS). |
