Geopath Claritas POPFACTS Demographics and PRIZM Premier Segments

Two Claritas data products provide the foundation for Geopath’s audience segments: POPFACTS(R) demographics and PRIZM(R) Premier segments. These products provide the key current-year demographics as well as projected one- and five-year estimates for every neighborhood in the country. Furthermore, the behavioral PRIZM(R) household segments help to explain and classify the activity observed in Geopath Activity Patterns and Geopath Standard Data Anytime Population data. How Does Claritas Compile and Leverage Its Data?

Claritas builds a Master Address File (MAF) that is an unduplicated source of all of the residential addresses in the US. Their solution profiles each of the households in the MAF utilizing a variety of data sources (including data from other data aggregators), their own proprietary studies, and proprietary algorithms.
