Step by Step Guidelines to follow as you complete the Roadside Inventory Submission Sheet:

Instructions for each column on the submission sheet.

Some columns have dropdown lists per cell. The Dropdown list is there to guide you in your input. Dropdown lists provide choices from which you can select the appropriate entry for your unit. Please keep in mind, that certain dropdown lists have restrictions. Certain columns can only have an input that is one of the choices from the dropdown list. If your entry is different from the choices then the restrictions will prevent you from making an entry that is different.

• Status Type Name - This field has four options, operating, under construction, planned, and retired. This will help the auditor determine the status of the frame.

• Plant Frame ID - Plant Frame ID is usually referred to as the unit ID. Is an ID that can consist of letters, numbers, or both. This field is required.

• Plant Spot ID - Plant Spot ID is usually referred to as the unit ID. Should be the same as the plant frame ID. Is an ID that can consist of letters, numbers, or both. This field is required.

• Publisher Unique ID (optional) - refers to a unique ID that you may use in addition, to the plant frame ID and plant spot ID. If you have one, then please provide otherwise leave blank.

• Construction Name - The construction name or the structure ID. This field is required.

• Construction Type Name - Use the dropdown to select the type of construction. This field is required.

• Frame Construction Date - The date the construction was built. This field is required.

• Media Type Name - Use the dropdown to select the media type name. This field is required.

• Frame Representation Type - Use the dropdown to select the representation type. This field is required.

• Frame Media Name - Use the dropdown to select the frame media name. Otherwise, you can input your own media name. This field is required.

• Illumination - Use the dropdown to select the three default illumination times. This field is required.

• Illumination Start Time - If the illumination was not selected then use this field to select the start time.

• Illumination End Time - If the illumination was not selected then use this field to select the end time

• Illumination Type - Use the dropdown to select the illumination type. This field is required.

• Frame Size - Use this field to indicate the frame size, height and width. This field is required.

• Face Size - Use this field to indicate the face size, height and width. This field is required.

• Frame Rotating - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame is rotating. This field is required.

• Frame Digital - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame is digital. This field is required.

• Pixel Width - If digital indicate the pixel width.

• Pixel Height - If digital indicate the pixel height.

• Frame Latitude - Indicate the latitude coordinate. This field is required.

• Frame Longitude - Indicate the longitude coordinate. This field is required.

• Frame Description - Provide the frame description which describes the location in detail.

• Frame Classification - Use the dropdown to select the classification of either Roadside, Fleet Interior, Fleet Exterior, or Place-Based. This field is required.

• Primary Artery - Indicate the primary roadway. This field is required.

• Primary Read (optional) - Indicate the read on the primary roadway.

• Orientation Facing - Use the dropdown to Indicate the cardinal direction. This field is required.

• Orientation In Degrees - If the facing was not provided use this field to indicate the orientation in degrees from 0 to 359.

• Spots In Rotation - If digital or rotating use to field to indicate the number of spots in a loop. This field is required if digital or rotating.

• Spot Length - If digital or rotating use to field to indicate the spot length (seconds) of a spot within the loop. This field is required if digital or rotating.

• Spot Representation Type - Use the dropdown to select the representation type. This field is required.

• Parent Account Name - Use this field to indicate the company name. This field is required.

• Account Name - Use this field to indicate the location of the inventory within the selected company. This field is required.

• Elevation (optional) - Indicate the elevation in feet.

• Frame Full motion - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame is full motion. This field is required.

• Frame Partial Motion - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame has partial motion. This field is required.

• Frame Audio - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame has audio. This field is required.

• Layout Representation Type - Use the dropdown to select the representation type. This field is required.

• Frame Interactive - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame is interactive. This field is required.

• Face Representation Type - Use the dropdown to select the representation type. This field is required.

• Layout Share of Voice - Use this field to indicate the layout share of voice. This field is required.

• First Party Data Available - If available please provide additional data such as circulation and traffic count.

• Notes - Use this field to provide any additional notes.
