Step by Step Guidelines to follow as you complete the Place-Based Inventory Submission Sheet:
Instructions for each column on the submission sheet.
Some columns have dropdown lists per cell. The Dropdown list is there to guide you in your input. Dropdown lists provide choices from which you can select the appropriate entry for your unit. Please keep in mind, that certain dropdown lists have restrictions. Certain columns can only have an input that is one of the choices from the dropdown list. If your entry is different from the choices then the restrictions will prevent you from making a different entry.
Market Data
Market (City, State) - What city and state does the transit system service? This field is required.
Account Name - The name of the transit system. This field is required.
Transit System Abbreviation - If available include the abbreviation of the transit system. Geopath field.
Parent Account Name - The name of the vendor. This field is required.
Account ID - Geopath field.
Garage Locations
Transit System Name - The name of the transit system.
Place Name - The name of the garage.
Latitude - Indicate the latitude coordinate of the place (garage). This field is required.
Longitude - Indicate the longitude coordinate of the place (garage). This field is required.
Address - The address where the place is located. This field is required.
Data Source Key - Geopath field.
Place to Construction
Place Name - The name of the garage. This field is required.
Construction Name - Indicate the make, model, and year of the bus. This field is required.
Construction Count by Place Name - Indicate how many bus types there are in a garage. This field is required.
Place Construction SOV - Geopath field.
Construction to Frame
Construction Name - indicate the make, model, and year of the bus
Placement Type Name - Indicate which side of the bus the advertising is on. Use the dropdown to select the type of placement type. This field is required.
Frame Media Name - Use the dropdown to select the frame media name. Otherwise, you can input your own media name. This field is required.
Height - Use this field to indicate the frame height. This field is required.
Width - Use this field to indicate the frame width. This field is required.
Avg No_Panels per OTS Unit w/Medium - Indicate how many possible ads are available per placement type.
Frame Digital - Use the dropdown to select true or false and indicate if the frame is digital. This field is required.
Operator Media Name (optional) - Use this field to indicate the operator’s media name.
Plant Frame ID - Plant Frame ID is usually referred to as the unit ID. Is an ID that can consist of letters, numbers, or both. This field is required.
Plant Spot ID - Plant Spot ID is usually referred to as the unit ID. Should be the same as the plant frame ID. Is an ID that can consist of letters, numbers, or both. This field is required.
Ads in Rotation - If digital or rotating use to field to indicate the number of spots in a loop. This field is required if digital or rotating.
Ad Length - If digital or rotating use to field to indicate the spot length (seconds) of a spot within the loop. This field is required if digital or rotating.
Bus Routes by Garage
Route ID - Geopath field.
Place Name - Indicate the name of the garage, division, or yard associated with this route.

Parent Account Id - Geopath field.
Parent Account Name - Use this field to indicate the company name. This field is required.
Account Id - Geopath field.
Representation Id - Geopath field.
Account Name - Use this field to indicate the location of the inventory within the selected company. This field is required.
